Privacy policy
I’m Marco Borghi, and I run this website. This page explains what data I collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions? Email me at marcoborghibusiness@gmail.com.
Newsletter sign-up
If you sign up for my newsletter, I collect your email address so I can send you updates about new videos and essays. Sign-ups are stored and sent with Kit (kit.com), my email provider, which processes this data on my behalf.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email me to be removed.
Analytics and advertising
This site may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits and newsletter sign-ups and to show relevant ads on Meta's platforms. The pixel can set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, your browser and device, and your IP address.
You can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
How long data is kept
Your email address is kept for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, I remove it from my list. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to Meta's own retention policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how it's used. Email me and I'll respond as soon as I can. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle your data, I'll update this page and the date below.
